1.Stretching: Stretching is a common form of physiotherapy exercise that gives immense relief from shoulder pain. This form of treatment helps muscles to regain their movement. Stretching has been a proven success in terms of getting pain relief from shoulder & neck pain.

2.Pendulum: Rest your one hand on a chair and loosen the injured arm. Then, circle your hands in both, clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. Then, again loosen up and repeat the process in the opposite direction. Repeat Pendulum exercise a few times a day. However, be gentle and avoid exerting force on the shoulder. Going rough can make you face some undesired consequences.

3.Shoulders Across Chest: To perform this exercise, bring your shoulder across the chess and hold it with another arm for a minute. After that, release that arm, bring another arm to the chest and hold the same with another arm. Repeat the exercise three to four times and keep it doing at certain intervals in a day. This exercise does a great job of relaxing the muscles and ensuring that the muscle movements are up to the mark.

4.Doorway Exercise: This exercise demands you to stand between your doorway and keep your shoulders at the right angle to each other. Then, step your foot forward and thus leaning forward by pressing your palm slightly on the doorway.

Then, change the foot and repeat the exercise. This will stretch your shoulder which will improve the shoulder’s movement to a good extent.

5.Neck Release: Neck Release is a great exercise to give your shoulders and neck relief. To perform this exercise, dip your head and make it touch your shoulder. You will feel that your chest and neck are getting stretched and thus giving them much-needed relaxation. Be gentle while performing this exercise.
